Terms of Service
These terms set the rules for using GetBigSoon and help keep the professional networking community safe and useful.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GetBigSoon, you agree to these Terms of Service and any rules referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet any minimum age requirement applicable to your location. GetBigSoon is intended for professional networking and business-related conversations.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for deceptive purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use GetBigSoon for harassment, threats, fraud, scams, spam, misleading claims, unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk promotion, sexual exploitation, or content that violates applicable law. Do not attempt to bypass safety, matching, payment or account controls.
5. Discover, Rockets and connections
Discover and Rocket matching are automated platform features. You do not control which user receives a Rocket. A Rocket recipient may accept, reject or allow it to expire. Connections may be removed by either user. GetBigSoon does not guarantee that a connection will respond or lead to a business opportunity.
6. User content
You retain your rights in content you submit, but grant GetBigSoon the permissions reasonably necessary to host, transmit, display and process that content to operate the service. You must have the rights needed to submit it.
7. Safety and moderation
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts and remove content when we believe it violates these Terms, harms users, creates security risk, or may expose the service to legal or operational risk. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
8. Business relationships
GetBigSoon is a networking service, not a broker, marketplace, escrow provider, investment adviser, employment agency or guarantor of any person or company. Verify people and businesses independently before entering transactions or sharing sensitive information.
9. Paid features
Where paid features are offered, the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation/refund rules will be shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. For mobile digital purchases, applicable app-store billing rules may apply.
10. Intellectual property
The GetBigSoon name, branding, software, design and platform materials are owned by or licensed to GetBigSoon and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate matching, user identity, business results, or the safety or reliability of another user's statements or conduct.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetBigSoon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes and termination
We may change the service or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the supported process.
